Communication beforehand was excellent with all instructions very clear The apartment and parking were central and easy to access The accommodation was luxurious, clean and well equipped - the bed was amazing. A great stay and the staff we met and liaised with were friendly, smiley and helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

The parking was a breeze and the location was spot on ...The room was great , i was on the top floor in a basic room , but it was really clean and had everything i needed , it had a great shower too, i will defiantly book to stay here again

The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated with good quality amenities and a powerful shower. The Wi-fi signal was not v strong and kept dropping out, and a couple of the apps on the smart tv did not work.

Nice, clean and modern room which was close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect for a short stay. We had an enjoyable stay and would gladly stay at Crescent place again. We would also happily recommend the place to others.

Beautiful room and great location

The property was lovely and clean, very well located and great amenities. Only one small issue was the noise from outside due to single glazing but earplugs were provided which was very thoughtful.

Comfortable and well appointed

The manager was wonderful and the rooms very comfortable and well appointed. It made for a excellent stay near the hospital and was convenient to downtown shopping and food. The Brewery District is a couple minute walk and great for a bite and pint.

Perfect getaway

Alayna was so helpful answering any questions we had regarding access and parking. We booked the twin level mezzanine room and the cleanliness and layout was amazing. The central location is perfect for a weekend getaway. We’ll be using again for sure.

The communication with the manager was excellent. You are able to park in a secure car park using a code. The room is probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The location was excellent, especially for the racecourse, and near excellent restaurants and the town centre. A*

The location is excellent, right in town. We used the Mansley car park, which is well priced, so it meant a car free weekend. The bathroom is very well appointed, with a great shower and sparkling clean. The kitchenette area was useful and the room size is spacious. Downside, soundproofing between floors is not great and although they were not noisy, we could hear the people upstairs walking on the floor, their telephone conversations and were woken up by phone alarm (7:30 am Sunday).

What a fabulous little find this was! The hotel/apartment is clean, high spec, smells amazing and truly lovely! Alayna was super helpful prior to our arrival answering our queries promptly. It’s the small detail that counts and this lace doesn’t disappoint. We will be back - fantastic stay.

A wonderful new hotel in the centre of Cheltenham. The car park is an added bonus. We loved the layout and the ease of check-in and room access. The only thing stopping this being a 5 star review was the club/pub that backs onto the hotel. The music was so loud that the bed was vibrating with the bass. This is something the hotel has no control over and offer a white noise devise and earplugs but for us it made it a difficult night's sleep.
