The rooms were very clean and of a good size, however, the online photos make it look more luxurious than it really is and there is no sound insulation from the open hallways and the nearby bars. The hotel can be difficult to find, as it does not have a main entrance at ground level. A small elevator, or stairs take you from the poorly marked ground level garage to the checkin area and small lounge. "

"My stay was horrible. I found bugs in the bathroom, and the second room they gave me had a very strong smelly odor to it. I was on the first floor and all I heard was people stomping and walking throughout the night. It was not good at all."

"Checked in to learn that I no longer had the king suite that I paid for but a handicap king studio. Only received a $15 credit per night for the inconvenience. I chose this hotel because of the suite room. The staff offered to let me cancel my reservation with no penalty, knowing darn well all the hotels were full. The worst customer service that I have ever been a part off. Never expected this to happen in Charlestonn."
