"Beautiful property and surrounding area. Extremely clean and elegantly updated. The reason for 4 stars: rooms do not have mini frig, or coffee makers. Also they don't have a small store to purchas sundries and lastly, their really isn't a Conceige... so no brochures or help. We found out the day we left that there was shuttle, which we would have utilized if we had known.."

"I have stayed here twice. It is close to restaurants, the mall, theater and Carowinds. I stay here when I attend pga tournaments and it’s a quick 5 mins drive to Ballantyne corporate park for the pga/quail hollow shuttles. The room was clean and spacious. The med was a bit too firm for me, but the linens were smooth. My complaint is a complaint that isn’t exclusive to this location. It seems every hotel I e stayed at recently there is ALWAYS someone getting high on their rooms. I smell...

"I only stayed for one night but the staff was very helpful. The dining area was kept clean. The room was spacious and I felt safe as a solo traveler."

"The suite was perfect for my family. Having 2 separate bedrooms with bathrooms along with a kitchen and common living space worked great. It was clean, efficient and was a great location."

The front desk employees weren't super personable, so they made us feel like we were intruding on their time. Not a great look to people just walking into the hotel for their stay. "
