"Good location if you want to spend the weekend going to the theme park - Futuroscope, only a 15 minutes walk and the parking for the hotel is free. Nothing else much to do around, there were a few shops around but they were closed the weekend we spent there. Lovely multilingual staff. Bar was always unattended so you to go to reception to get someone to come over to order, the cocktails were pretty good though. "

"Large rooms very clean and super comfortable. Excellent value for a trip to Futuroscope. Can drive to and from or walk if wanted to. Out of season visit. Didn't have breakfast. Didn't expect hotel to be so nice and clean and comfortable for the money "

"When we arrived, the two young ladies on reception (one on Ibis, one on Ibis Budget) both insisted that I needed to have a sheet of paper to be able to check in. (Bond du something). The booking number or my noame were worthless. Gallic shrugs all round. Eventually, I said I had not booked as a package with our Futuroscope tickets, and smiles and dcomprehension dawned, our number was looked up, my name was there. Really, these receptionists should not assume everyone has booked a Futuroscope...

"Room was clean, i was disappointed with the size. Small desk and chair, overall not what i would expect from a 4 star Hotel. Travelled all of the day, long journey, arrived at 8:30 pm to be told the restaurant was closed at weekend, apparently i should have read on the website, I was informed. Asked where any restaurant's were and was told to drive towards Poitier, very helpful! Bar was closed where iwe returned at 10 :30 pm"

"Very tired empty hotel. Think we were only 1 of 3 rooms booked out. Car park unlit. Avoid."

"The room had absolutely no heating. The temperature was -1c. It would be impossible to sleep in a room at this temperature. We were offered another room. This also had no heating. Eventually reception averred us a portable room heater. Also, we plugged our car in to the electric charger at 11pm for an overnight charge. We were charged 130 euros - the most expensive charge we have ever had. they charge for time (not electricity). Are you expected to get up in the middle of the night to unplug...

"A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking...

"Good parking, a bit of a drive to the supermarket. The bathroom is very compact. Otherwise just what we needed."
