Je venais pour la première fois en Auvergne pour randonner sur les volcans. En semaine, le buffet du petit-déjeuner ouvre à 06h30 et 07h30 le we. Afin de pouvoir petit-déjeuner tous les jours à 06h30 et partir randonner sur les volcans de bonne heure en raison de la chaleur, la responsable m'a très gentiment proposé de me préparer le petit-déjeuner et de le mettre dans une glacière. Franchement, pour moi qui randonne et effectue des itinérances à pied, je n'ai pas toujours rencontré pareille gentillesse et adaptation au client. Donc, un immense merci à elle car je pouvais ainsi être le premier à arriver sur les volcans et à profiter du silence et de l'apaisement.

Niet eens de naam hotel waardig! Gammele meubels, veel vlekken, insecten en gewoon vies! Niet aan te raden, wij komen in geen geval terug!

Chambre correct et propre malgres quelques taches sur la moquette bien voyantes. une 1 prise qui ne fonctionnait pas une applique mural casser et pas de clim juste un petit ventilateur parfois bruyant. bac à douche petit. Pour 1 nuit ça peut le faire.

Petit hôtel accueillant mais qui manque de rénovation ! C'est bien dommage car on y dort très bien (bonne literie) mais petit ventilo dans la chambre, meuble de salle de bain vetuste, wc et douche extrêmement petite, joint a refaire. Dommage que la piscine ne soit plus en fonctionnement. Le petit dejeuner pourrait etre pas mal mais le cafe avait un gout d eau chaude, le jus d orange pas tres bon, le beurre encore gelé imposible a tartiner ! mais excellent pancakes et croissant. La jeune fille de l accueil avec le persing tres souriante et tres gentille 😘

Une erreur de notation

Séjour convenable pour la literie, très bien pour l'accueil, très professionnel. Quant à l'établissement, de la moisissure sur les murs, une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre et l'établissement est à la limite dégradé et insalubre (pas d'électricité dans certaines chambres) ne mérite pas d'étoile sauf pour les salariés. Malgré du personnel qui s'évertue à nettoyer et à mettre tout en oeuvre pour nous satisfaire je ne reviendrai plus dans cet établissement.
