Very clean hotel. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Didn’t get to use the amenities but the gym looked nice and they have guest laundry. Easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel is brand new basically so in very nice condition and awesome that the room had a mini kitchen. About my only complaint is the refrigerator didn't seem very cold and the ice maker was turned off. There were no instructions on how to turn it on or set the thermostat colder for the frig. Comfort Inn & Suites Chattanooga-East Ridge
Room was ok, the sofa was dirty with stains all over it. The bed was comfortable but sheets had stains on them. Bathroom was clean enough. Staff was non existent didn’t speak or greet upon entry or leaving, did not eat breakfast so cannot attest to that. Overall stay was ok but would not stay again, ...
