"If you are coming to the area for Christmas markets, then highly suggest this great hotel perfect location There is public parking just a short walk away, but make sure you go the right way because we actually walked around the block versus basically a Professional, friendly, and helpful front desk, staff Clean room that has a kettle. "The stay was great at the Mercure Belfort. Just a one night stopover but it was very good. Staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. Ate in the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel, this was all deck out for Halloween and was quite buzzing busy. Never the less we got a table and the food was good. We also charged the car overnight and the charger was good, perfect for overnight charge. Would definitely stay again."
