"Beautiful chalet hotel at the base of Mont Blanc. Access to hundreds of hiking trails within a few minutes. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent and the service was great. "What a wonderful place to stay in Chamonix. The staff is more than helpful and very friendly. The room and the entire hotel is very clean. Beds are great, so is the bathroom. What a view ! Easy parking, restaurant is wonderful and walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to Chamonix center. But, take note there is quite a steep road to climb back. Easy parking in Chamonix centre if walking is not an option. You will not regret staying at Auberge du Bois Prin. It’s marvellous!"

"Beautiful old village in the gorgeous alps near around Mont Blanc. Beautiful drive up the winding roads. Clean, quiet, lovely friendly staff, easy free parking, in the town of St.-Germain-Les-Bains. The room was huge and had a nice balcony we could look out over another village down in the valley. We did not take the breakfast but it looked nice. We drove 20" to Chamonix to take the gondola (telepherique). Totally worth the ticket price to go to the top! Astonishing beauty and history....

But unfortunately the shower not existing only a tab and that very small is hard to give the Hotel 5 stars. Also not having a Restaurant on location during summer is not good "
