Depending on where you're coming from, your journey to Azo could be no sweat at all or it could go on forever. We've pulled together some tips that will help you start your next great escape on the right foot. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- A plane trip can be a stress-free experience if you pack the right gear. First things first, you'll need basic toiletry items, such as lip balm and hand cream, a spare change of clothes and a good read. Secondly, find a spot in your hand luggage for your laptop, a charger, your medications and maybe a comfy neck pillow as well. Lastly, and most importantly, remember to take your passport, travel papers and your credit cards.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Put all your full-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner in your checked baggage. Any liquids or gels in your carry-on suitcase larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) will be confiscated. Pointed or sharp objects, like your precious pocket knife, and products which are flammable or explosive, such as aerosol cans, spray paint and poisons, are also not allowed.
What to wear on a flight:
- Comfort should be your main concern when choosing what to wear during your flight. Loose clothing is a wise option, as are flat, closed-toe shoes.
- Caused by prolonged periods of inactivity, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a blood clot condition that can affect passengers during long-distance flights. Reduce the risks by drinking water, keeping your legs moving and wearing compression socks to help improve your circulation.
