Wherever you're coming from, flying can be an enjoyable experience if you've planned ahead. We've made a list of handy tips that will help get your Fauglia vacation started on the right foot. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- The secret to having a pain-free travel experience is to plan ahead. First up, the essentials: passport, official ID, bank cards and important medications. Next, bring items that'll help keep you entertained, like some electronic devices or a thrilling novel. It's also wise to bring your chargers, a quality neck pillow and a pair of earphones. And of course, be sure to squeeze in toiletry items like a toothbrush, facial wipes and a clean set of clothes.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Put all your full-sized bottles of hair gel and hairspray in your checked baggage. Any liquids in your carry-on suitcase larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) won't be allowed on. Pointed or sharp objects, like your Swiss Army knife, and dangerous goods which are explosive or flammable, such as aerosol cans, spray paint and fuels, are also restricted.
What to wear on a flight:
- The aisles of a plane aren't the place for a fashion parade. Dress in comfortable layers and choose shoes that are closed-toe, flat and easy to remove.
- The result of prolonged periods of inactivity, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a blood clot condition that can affect passengers during long flights. Lower your risks by drinking water, keeping your legs and ankles moving and wearing compression socks to help improve your circulation.
