Wherever you're jetting in from, flying can be a pleasurable experience if you prepare well enough. We've put together a list of handy tips that will help get your Pancar vacation started on the right foot. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- The secret to having a great travel experience is to pack in advance. So, let's start with the basics: passport, travel documents, bank cards and important medications. Next, bring on board items that'll help while away those hours, like your laptop or a thrilling book. It's also wise to pack your chargers, a comfy neck pillow and a pair of earphones. And of course, be sure to chuck in toiletries like a toothbrush, deodorant and a clean set of clothes.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Pack all your full-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner in your checked luggage. Any liquids or gels in your carry-on bag larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) won't be allowed on. Sharp or pointed objects, like your Swiss Army knife, and dangerous goods which are explosive or flammable, such as flares, bleaching agents and poisons, are also not allowed.
What to wear on a flight:
- Comfort should be your priority when deciding what to wear on your flight. Loose clothing is a smart option, as are flat, enclosed shoes.
- Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) can pose a risk on long-haul flights. It results from blood clotting due to poor circulation and inactivity, so do some gentle foot and leg exercises in your seat and consider wearing compression tights or socks.
