"We stayed for one night for a quick stop by in Cheltenham and were totally drawn to the stylish and luxurious finish of the hotel. It’s a super cool destination right in the heart of Cheltenham with a real vibe over the weekend in its bars and restaurants. We opted for the smallest room type (cosy) which was beautifully decorated and kitted out with premium bedding and quality products. Although the room was sufficient for a night, our main comment was that there were not enough surfaces to put things on especially for two people and it was a little too compact. The staff were really helpful and we enjoyed being able to order breakfast to the room from the restaurant. Overall, we would stay again but probably upgrade to a better room. "

"Experimental Group converted an existing luxury hotel. Modern Furniture was added - or old one modernised. In our room the old cupboard was painted and the doors covered with a new fabric. Bed, sofa, chairs and carpet were new. The bathroom was partial new - old shower, new sink, etc. The only downside was, that the room door was old (and a rather cheap addition in the 70s(?)) and did not close tightly. Breakfast was great and the staff always friendly and helpful. The Gardens are marvellous and the pool is very nice. If all this is worth the rather steep price, is up to you. "
