Cleanliness is the main thing. The floor of the room was dirty, making my feet turn blackish like soot. The need to clean a room before a guest enters is very important. Breakfast was excellent. The toilet needs improvement as there was leakage of water from taps, wetting the toilet, mirrors old. Savera needs to buck up.

Conveniently located hotel.

This is a very conveniently located hotel, especially for the season - when people wish to attend Music Academy concerts. The Hotel was comfortable and had a busy gym with swimming pool onsite. The food at breakfast was good.

Pleasant stay in Hotel Savera

My stay at Hotel Savera was quite comfortable. All the staff were efficient, friendly, courteous and very helpful. My only disappointment was that the WiFi in my room was not getting connected all the time. Had a pleasant stay. Would recommend to others.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions as it is very central. It is used primarily by business people which is an advantage as not typically touristy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the dining options are varied. On this occasion, we did note that the bedroom’s although very clean are looking extremely tired. Next time, may book a more “ upmarket “ room that has been refurbished. The public areas however are clean and modern but not overly glitzy. Would recommend this hotel if you are looking for something central, good local food and value for money.

Well known and Centrally located.

This hotel is centrally located, but it is an old property. Rooms, elevators electrical and electronic aspects need total upgrade. If you like South Indian food, their breakfast (comes with room) is sumptuous. Malgudi restaurant serves decent lunch and dinner in a clean environment.

The staff are friendly, attentive, competent and over all a pleasure. The pool is great as is the gym. Food is excellent especially if you like south India vegetarian choices. Rooms are large and adequately appointed. The hotel is old and shows it’s age although continuous remolding is underway. Most staf speak some English. The guests are primarily Indian from various places. For the price the property is an exceptional value.

Comfortable stay, expecting more improved quality

Standard rooms, haven't been upgraded over the years. Poor WiFi connectivity in the room, some amenities were missing and had to be requested. Staff were kind and accommodating. Location was great and breakfast spread was wonderful and good quality of food. Overall pricing was bit higher than the facilities and amenities provided, maybe a better quality is expected for that price.

Pros The property is a gleaming white impressive spectacle. Very good service at the reception. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Great buffet breakfast and service. Dinner at Malgudi is excellent but service is slow and somewhat aloof. Centrally located to go any where. Many restaurants in the vicinity. Cons Bed linens and towels are stained and have turned yellowish. Not a very pleasant site. All the restaurants and swimming pools cannot cover up for poor quality linen a towels. The person at the payment counter somewhat impatient,unsmiling and not very pleasant of behaviour. Could be more friendly to make the interaction pleasant.
