Staff were very hospitable and the property was immaculately clean - it felt like a new hotel. There are good restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The area is relatively quiet and well situated.

Positive: Location is quite good, quite easy to reach, variety of restaurants in walking distance, good quality shopping around, rooms are clean, good quality bed, toilets ok, spacious for the price. Negative: very basic breakfast (book without breakfast and go out, cheaper and better), room had a menu but no room service, towels below par. Value for money: good

アンナナガーのショップ巡りをしたかったので、ベストなホテルでした。ダブルロッティのバーガーショップがホテルの二階にあり、バーガーやピザを部屋に持ち帰り食べました。ベストバイサイクルショップも近くにあり、タイヤのインナーチューブも購入、スタバも歩いて10分位。充実した二泊滞在でした。

Overall worth the money

We had 3 rooms. Was good except the ACs had some weird timers set and would switch off every 10-15 mins. We had to get assistance from the reception and at first they couldn’t help us and then the Manager later helped us out. It was a problem as it was already late at night and we just wanted to sleep.

Clean but uncomfortable

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly especially Anand at the reception and the gentleman who served in the restaurant. But repeatedly some visitors were noisy chitchatting across the hallway or while their doors were open and the staff did nothing about it although this happened late at night or early in the morning.The room smelled terrible. Brekfast was of good quality but options were limited and the main dishes were the same throughout the week.

Pleasant Stay

This was our second visit. We came back simply because of the hotel's location, ambience, staff, cleanliness and the stylish dining room which served amazing food. You would never want to stay anywhere else for the same reasons. Restaurants and high end stores all within stone's throw. Hot and tasty breakfast with good lounge music each morning. Pleasant and courteous staff. Crisp, white, clean sheets. Functional yet well planned rooms. What could be checked is the hot water. Since they use solar power to heat bath water, on cloudy days, the water is not even like warm. Also hand wash liquid and shower gels could be provided instead of the tiny soap. Overall, very comfortable and reasonable.
