Options for a spa, 24/7 convenience store and very clean rooms along with a utility room for washing and drying clothes. This was perfect for what we paid. Would be coming back in the future if we stay around Insadong again!

I booked this property for three nights, but I ended up leaving after one night. I should have known when I saw it informed me to check in via a machine...
The rooms are small. The bathrooms are small and awkward, with the sink outside of the bathroom. Yes, they will refresh towels and trash daily, but actual room cleaning is only once every three days. And the elevators are absolutely atrocious. I had to wait 15-20 minutes just to get an elevator.
It was a mistake to stay here, and I won't do it again.

The room was spotless and had everything I needed for my 7-day stay. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made everything much easier. The hotel is in a great location—just a 6-minute walk to the train station and the Myeongdong area.
The nights were quiet, and I slept very well. The bed was comfortable and soft, and the room even had a large refrigerator, which was really convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Overall the value of this hotel holds up. It’s convenient for airport shuttle and close to metro.
Rooms were clean and efficient, nothing fancy.
This is the first hotel I stayed at that charges for late check- out for just one hour. Maybe this is normal, but it would have been nice if that was a free option.

Love love love this place! My second time staying here and was just as good, super clean rooms and lovely staff, a super convenient location as well with the shopping streets within a five minute walk and easy access to public transport as well! Would definitely recommend :)

The Grand Hyatt Seoul has a fantastic location above Itaewon with beautiful views, and that's about all it has going for it. The service was among the worst I have experienced at a hotel in this category. I repeatedly asked for housekeeping and no one ever came. Turndown service simply doesn't exist ...
