“Unfortunately, the previous reviews are right. This was an old Best Western that is now in private hands and the hotel is just not kept up. Room cleanliness overall was not good. Floor was dirty and dusty every day (I don’t think they ever swept). Mold behind the room curtains, spider webs, not all pillows had pillowcases, broken toilet seat, clogged bathroom sink, room furniture is old and broken, broken room safe, no screens on the windows so bugs always coming in (and with no air...

“All of this hotel was perfect.....SUPER”

“Located in the beautiful hills of that part of Belgium, this lover B&B was conveniently located for visits to Bastogne and La Roche. It’s located in a charming village with a selection of nice local restaurants close by. The room suited our needs perfectly and the full breakfast selection was excellent. We highly recommend.”

“The hotel location was great and our room had a good view of the castle. We stayed for 5 nights. The biggest surprise was when we walked into the room. The room had a bad smell, like sewage/ bathroom smell as we walked in. Once the air conditioning starts going and air starts circulating, smell goes away. But next day when we leave the room taking the key out, AC stops working and when we come back later in the day, the room greets us with a same bad smell. We informed the front desk on the 2nd...

“Very dated property. No complimentary coffee in room or lobby which I think at least at one would be standard.”

“개인적으로 호텔비 이중결제되서 힘들긴 했지만 딸린 호텔도 맛있고(미슐랭 가이드에 나온집이던가) 객실도 아주 편안합니다 사진에 나온 호텔은 3호텔인데 시내에서 1킬로 정도 떨어진 정ㅇ뎐에 있었습니다 전체적으로 좋은 호텔입니다”

“The property was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Geen airco, was er erg warm op de kamer”

“Très grand appartement deux chambres et 2 wc cuisine et sable avec douche”

“Basic, clean, well appointed accomodation at a motel situated above a gas and convenience store. Clean room, very good bathroom, everything was provided in the room. Excellent central location in Bastogne close to shops and restaurants, safe quiet neighborhood. Parking is free. A good healthy breakfast for 10 euros. My only issue was an alarm going off in the middle of the night 3 times during my stay which was disconcerting. But a call to the emergency contact number fixed the issue.”

“Het personeel was ontzettend gastvrij en behulpzaam. De sauna was heerlijk en zeer netjes alleen jammer dat er geen zwembad bij was.”
