The rooms are a great size. Nice balcony view of the river. Our room was not ready and we had to give them an hour to finish. They are currently remodeling in the lobby and it looks nice so far. It did not hamper our visit. Convenient location.

The property is being renovated and some areas were affected by the construction. The room was spacious and clean although dated. The breakfast was limited but sufficient. The most memorable part of the stay was the balcony. Beautiful views of the river and surrounding mountains. Plenty of wildlife to observe: geese flying at treetop level and a very curious beaver just below our balcony.

Upon entering the lobby the staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with the lock opening my door. She personally came to my room and handled the situation. The room was very clean. The breakfast area was clean and plentiful. I stayed 2 nights and was quite happy.

They were still renovating while we were there. We were in rooms not jet done. It was still nice and clean. Beds were not hard nor soft but did have a quilt topper. A steeper slope to the river. Over all I was pleased with stay. Oh no elevators so if you have mobility issues stay on lower floors. A few steps up to the dining area

The staff is very friendly, very clean facility. They are remodeling all of the rooms and they are looking very nice. They need to step up their breakfast a little, but otherwise it’s a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

The Surestay kept us safe and gave us shelter. They are in process of renovation, and it’s needed. All in all, decent location, staff was nice and attentive. Outside of that room was outdated, furniture was stained, microwave was rough. No iron, which we asked for one, but doesn’t come standard in room. Lots of updating needed, pool wasn’t worth swimming in, and half of the parking lot was covered with building materials which made parking a little tight. If it wasn’t for the staff I’d give it 2 stars but they were great. I would rent this place if I was solo, and didn’t plan to stay there a lot. Maybe adults passing through, but that’s about it.

Our room had the King suite with the jetted tub and it was nice. The river view on the balcony was so beautiful and peaceful. Our room was clean. The staff were super nice. We were there during renovations but it was quiet. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished product! They’re supposed to be upgrading all of the rooms which will help with the smoking rooms and new jetted tubs which will be even better. The parking was a little frustrating bc of the renovations but not bad. Breakfast we didn’t eat there. I would stay again.

Staff greeted us with smiles. Hotel was going through some remodel in the lobby with a beautiful center of the room fireplace. The balcony views from our room was beautiful and relaxing. It was not in the center of town with all the hustle and bustle which I enjoyed but still very close to everything. This wasn’t a very planned trip just a very last minute mountain ride with overnight stay so we were very satisfied with our choice!

Our room was a little dated but they were renovating. It had a musty smell. The staff were friendly and were very quick to respond when we had no remote for the TV. The continental breakfast area was remodeled and very nice. All in all for the money it was okay.
