“Everything was subpar, I had to hunt down the staff to check in at 5pm. Breakfast was sparse.It was a joke just like the town of Martinsville Indiana is now, the hotel was set off to the side of the left side of the city divided by the interstate, getting there was overly complicated and the sign for the place wasnt tall enough to help guide us to it. “This place is clean and quiet, and the staff are exceptional. They helped me find a non-fast food restaurant in town with vegetarian options and my room and bathroom were sparkling clean when I checked in. Very happy with my stay!”

“We were in two different rooms over the course of our stay here, rooms 7th floor and 5th floor. Our stay in 7th floor was excellent, but we had a completely horrific experience on the 5th floor, mainly due to poor housekeeping. When we walked into the bathroom for the first time, there was a q-tip from the previous guest lying on the floor. The entire area around the bed was coated in dust, and we couldn't tell whether the carpet had been vacuumed or not. Moreover, the housekeeper was chatting...

“We checked in the 1st room floors were filthy. We back to the bedroom pulled back the sheets to see if the bedding was clean. There was cookie crumbs and lots of pubic hair on the sheets. Management gave us another room and it was filthy also. Shower had hair in the drain no clean towels. The pool liner was bubbling up all over the pool. They had water under the liner. We went to this hotel last year and it was spotless!”
