“Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast food selection with both cold and warm options as well as healthy options. Some minor inconveniences such as ice machine being out of ice one morning but was told where to find another one and was an easily fixed problem. Lobby and common areas were clean. “I wasn't there long. But check in was very nice. I really liked the receptionist. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention, nice to look at. I didn't get her name. The room was very clean. I did not like the soft water. Taking a shower was not enjoyable. If you have a water softener, you should turn it down some. I used way more water trying to rinse off the soap than I use for 3 showers. You should rethink that.”
