"Checked in and given room keys. Went to enter room and cleaning staff was standing in the doorway. Room was still being cleaned. Cleaners were rushed to finish. Room was not clean when we entered finally. Trash on the floor. Mirror sticky debris and bathroom sink not wiped clean. Bed was horrible condition, sloped to center so bad you could see it. Paint on shelf in bathroom bubbling and peeling up. Water pipes sounded like world war three when turned water on in sink. None of the staff wear any type of uniform and looked like they just walked in off the street. "

"Clean room , friendly staff, room size and accessories was great. Great location and view on property and from room. Available food drink lounge and live music were great. Some of the common areas including interior of elevators could use some cleaning but the room was spotless. Will defiantly use again. "

"Everything was great as usual. Definitely my go to place to stay when Im in town. The staff aim to please. Amenities are always available when nedded. Parking was easy and breakfast was delicious.."

"We had a room reserved and paid weeks prior to a staying and when we got there around midnight, they said well it is first come first serve. We have no rooms available and stuck us in a room with only one bed. We told them this would not work as an option because we had five people we had to wait around an hour to get another room cleaned for us. I don’t understand where she meant first come first serve when we were one of those reserved ones. We had children with us in around 3 AM. There was all kinds of loud music outside of our window at the entryway going on for over 30 minutes like a party. We got hardly any sleep and we needed to be up early. I asked to speak to a manager she said she would give my name and number, but never got with me. After driving 12 hours, the last thing you want to do is wait over an hour at midnight on a room that you had already reserved and argue with someone about having a room available. They were not very friendly. All they kept saying is first come first serve, which made no sense to me. "

"Very dirty. Clean towels had hair stuck on towels. Bathtub had chipping paint and Hair left in several places. There was a used tampon in one of the shelves in the sink. Room smelled very musty."

"The parking is great, the breakfast is good and the room is clean. The staff is friendly. We have stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints!"
