"We stayed 3 nights at Kozy Hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety foods waffles, oatmeal, cereal, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, fresh apples, oranges and bananas. Well stocked and very clean. The only hiccup we had was at check in our room was not ready. Vianey had to do some creative rearranging but at 5pm we were able to check in. They were short staffed like most places these days and she was very kind and polite. Excellent Customer Service! We would stay here again. "

"Got to the hotel, broken glass was in multiple places and area did not look safe. Dull paint job and my girlfriend was approached by a guest that made her feel very unsafe. Room smelled like smoke as well. We decided to not stay at the hotel as the guest that approached her and wouldn’t leave her alone watched where our room and car were. So we went to the front desk to ask about modifying or cancelling our reservation. Person at the front desk kept interrupting us saying things like “I can’t help you” and “no refunds”, even when i suggested calling hotels.com. He repeatedly insisted that there was nothing that could be done even with the cancellation warranty I had purchased. We left the hotel a couple of hours after getting there and stayed at a different hotel. Cost roughly $190 for 2 nights and got no refund"

"Cigarette holes in the blankets, hotel room technically clean but had cosmetic issues like repairs needed. Bed was pretty hard. For a one night stay it was fine though."
