Hotel adeguato a quanto speso. Personale disponibile a gestire le richieste dei clienti. Colazione alle macchinette e non abbondante. Camera adeguata alle esigenze. Albergo in generale da ristrutturare.

All'arrivo scorbuticamente non credevano nella mia prenotazione e ho dovuto inoltrarla. Mi fanno salire cmq nella mia doppia uso singola: in pratica erano due lettini appiccicati pendenti verso l'esterno e scomodissimi. Ho preso il raffreddore perché la stanza era gelida e nonostante ci fosse il condizionatore non c'era il telecomando. La mattina seguente ho richiesto il riscaldamento della stanza o almeno una coperta in più e la sera dopo non mi hanno fatto trovare niente, anzi, al suono del campanello alla reception non mi ha risposto nessuno! La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: capelli dappertutto e in tutto il soggiorno mi hanno dato solo mezzo rotolo di carta igienica. L'unica cosa positiva: il parcheggio lí davanti. É una zona un po' fuorimano per cui se non si ha la macchina meglio non prenderlo perché per arrivare alle terme é distante. Ma comunque non lo prenderei più per nessuna ragione: esperienza orribile che non avevo mai sperimentato prima da nessuna parte.

wifi 및 로밍도 안되고, 카드결재도 안되며 외부와 연락 수단이 거의 안됨 또한 아침식사 엉망임.

la struttura dell'albergo pessima...il buffet serale non classificabile...pasta cruda scarse quantità e soprattutto considerando che si trova nei pressi della casa di babbo natale e quindi i clienti sono soprattutto famiglie con bambini....non c'era per niente un menu' adatto a loro...la colazione scadente, con brioches secche e vecchie e latte cattivo e secondo me avariato

L'hotel di per sé non è neanche brutto ma la cosa davvero scadente è il cibo. Colazione scarsa e cena a buffet con un solo primo, tra l'altro immangiabile, un solo secondo e due o tre verdure fredde. Torta completamente cruda.
