Helpful staff, clean/modern rooms, ideal location

The Le Pure was the perfect location to base ourselves during our week long stay in Old Town. Far enough from the over-touristed and crowded areas, but close enough to walk anywhere we want. The room was clean, modernly designed while still comfortable, and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the night staff. The breakfast buffet was also a bonus – rather simple (eggs, toast, fruit etc.), but everything necessary to fuel a day of exploring. Would highly recommend – excellent value.

The bathroom was shabby and dirty, long black hairs behind the door. Furniture was old and scuffed.Breakfast was bad , eggs cold , coffee only instant. Breakfast room was dirty and uncomfortable. I would never stay there again

房间够大，前台也有会中文的工作人员沟通无障碍。早餐很丰盛，有些提示可以做得更明显哟（例如延迟退房和房内吸烟分别要多少钱）

เตียงนอนและหมอนดีมาก ห้องพักดูสะอาด มีพนักงานทำความสะอาดให้ถ้าแขวนบอกไว้ แต่วันไปพักชักโครกกดไม่ค่อยลง แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ เจ้าหน้าที่มาภายในไม่นานและพยายามแก้ไข ถึงแม้จะยังไม่ค่อยดีขึ้นเนื่องจากแขกก่อนหน้านี้ทิ้งกระดาษลงไปทำให้กดไม่ค่อยลง อาหารเช้าอร่อย แต่ที่จอดรถมีน้อย ชอบห้องน้ำมีฝักบัวสายฝนให้ด้วย อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำครบไม่ต้องเตรียมมาเลย หวี แปรงสีฟัน สบู่ แชมพู ผ้าเช็ดตัว ผ้าเช็ดผม แม้แต่ผ้าเช็ดหน้าก็ยังมีให้ค่ะ มีโลชั่นทาตัวให้ด้วยประทับใจมาก จะกลับไปพักอีกถ้าได้ไปเชียงใหม่ค่ะ ปล. ทางโรงแรมถ้าล้างแอร์ได้ก็จะดีค่ะ เพราะฝุ่นที่ช่องแอร์เยอะเลย

Hotel is a little rough around the edges and could do with a spruce up. Our 1 st room was too small, and they kindly moved us to a larger one. But after a day, the AirCon started to leak so had to move again, good room finally.

Like a university dorm

Location was fine. The hotel itself has seen better days. The bath room was beyound it’s use by date. Was not a fan of the bed on the raised floor ( not a bed base). Accomdarion basic. Breakfast not worth the effort. If you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep and nothing else, Knick yourself out. Staff ok. No air con in hallways etc so super hot. Checked in at 7-30pm and by 9 the next morning room cleaning knocking on door! The following day, had the do not disturb sign out, but by 9 they we’re drilling in the room next to me. So two mornings no sleep in.

住露台房太近馬路會很嘈，床上清潔要加強，房間大，出門去其他地方約行十分鐘，可接受，早餐入住兩天都有不同，對得起價格吧

Extremely helpful staff. The hotel is 10-15 mins away from the airport. The complimentary breakfast spread is good. The rooms though basic are well thought out. For people coming from the Chiang Mai airport, do not take the taxi service available inside the airport. It will set you back 150-200 baht. Please take the red taxi/bus. They charge 40-50 baht per person.

Quite pleasant hotel in good location

The hotel is generally OK with a good price-quality ratio: + they made a nice effort on the decoration (mix between "golden kitsch" in the reception with "modern nordic style" in the rooms) + it is located in the SW corner of the Chiang Mai centre square (opposite of the "tourist district", but close to the historical centre, Saturday night market and the main road to the airport = easy to find) + it is generally comfortable and clean (although we had a problem when we check-in: the room was cleaned as "daily", i.e. like for a guest who was keeping the room - new water bottled, new shampoo/soap, but same (durty) bed sheets + wet towels...) + breakfast is a buffet, starts at 7:00 (we couldn't try as we were leaving before 7:00 and generally we prefer to take our breakfast outside in Chiang Mai - so many street food!) - this quite big building hotel seems also ageing quite fast.

Good hotel

The front desk staff were all nice! Just I think the housekeeping service could be improved, they didn’t refill the water in my room, and did not really clean my room. (Didn’t clear one of the rubbish bins) and my room was quite smelly each time when I got back. (It could be improved when the AC is on for a while)

Gutes Stadthotel

Das Hitel bietet gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, man bekommt was man zahlt! Die Lage ist zwar nicht schlecht, allerdings für Fussfaule auch nicht gerade optimal. Eine Hauptverkehrsader direkt vor der Tür macht die Nutzung der roten Sammeltaxen (Songthaews) Einfach. Am Strassenrand hinstellen, heranwinken und abklären, ob dieser in der gewünschten Richtung fährt der Preis für den innerstädtischen Bereich 30 bath/Person!

Kind staff, good breakfast, but not clean bathroom

Check-in was very quick and simple! Had to give cash for deposit, but they gave us a receipt and I got my deposit back when checking-out. (Non credit card) Staff were very friendly and kind, some of them didn’t speak English, but willing to help us with anything. Good breakfast for this price of room! had different menus while staying there four nights! One thing I was very disappointed was bathroom. It was spacious, but they didn’t clean it.
