Le matelas est très vieux ce qui fait que c'est difficile de dormir car nous ressentons les ressorts. Il n'y a plus aucun support. La toilette était nettoyée a moitié. Par contre, c'est un bel endroit. S'ils peuvent corriger ces points, j'y retournerai. La place est assez proche de tout que nous pouvions s'y rendre à pieds.

簡易的小旅館

旅館距離古城不算太遠，走路約十分鐘，但因為不是在主幹道上因此搭車回旅館時每個司機都找不到路。。。飯店提供簡易的早餐，每天都是吐司配果醬以及咖啡沖泡包。。。建議外出覓食房間內蚊蟲很多，很惱人但優點是旅館主人蠻熱心的

Secret Gem - Quieter place near the Old City

Overall, great place to rest and still be somewhat near the action! We stayed at both Srikum House (2 days turned into 5 days) and Nonni's Guest House (2 days) in February/March 2015 and they were both good. Our room at Srikum House was clean with nice wood floors, A/C, fan, and private bathroom. It was spacious with a double bed, table, and chairs. Bed was somewhat firm cushy with the feeling of spring coils. We asked for some sheets to put as cushioning for the hip and back and the owner was accommodating. Hot water was ready within 10-15 minutes with the switch turned on and the shower knob turned about halfway. The owner was nice and we always got our needs conveyed and met. Based in a more quiet residential area with more of a local feeling (vs touristy inside the old city), it is about a 15-minute walk from the Chiang Mai south gate, the Saturday walking market, and Night Bazaar. Plenty of street food, restaurants, massage places, convenience stores, and temples along the way. Complimentary breakfast was nice with self-serve bread, butter, jam, and coffee. When finding your way there for the first time, the (Chiang Mai) College of Dramatic Arts might be a good landmark. Great simple, clean budget place for a budget price (~$15 USD)! We would stay here again!

Bright, Cheery Room 1/2 mile from main road

The room was lovely and simple! Bright, white and clean. The shower was hot. They forgot to turn the water on for the toilet, but it was sorted quickly without any issues. The bed was comfy and although it had a small TV I never used it.Their reception desk closes early, but he made an exception to open for me at 5 in the morning so I could check in. The only difficulty was finding the place. The hotel will give you the address in Thai and in English upon arrival to help with Taxis, but I still had to call him twice to help taxis find the place. If you can orient yourself to the main road just a half mile away, you'll be fine.

Nice!

The host is very nice. Even if we checedk in late, but he still waited for us with hospitable manner. There is simple breakfast provided and the room is clean.

very pleasant, excellent service

This is the cleanest place I have stayed in possibly all of Thailand, for the price, and the entire interior has been updated so feels fresh. The owner is a terrific guy and went out of his way for me on several occasions, including giving me a ride into town once! its location is just outside the old city but on foot less than 10 minutes to the action. The nice thing about this place is that it is in a more residential area so you get a chilled local vibe and can grab good eats at the nearby market and a latte from a stand for 25B. You can pay as much as 100B at a fancy joint in the touristy bits of the city but it won’t be much better. I would recommend requesting a room with a window, of which there are 4. I had 201, it was full of light and in the early hours I could hear so many song birds, it was lovely. Definitely one of my favourite stays in Asia. Highly recommend it.
