Room was spotless and staff was friendly and accommodating. Spa was excellent. Look and feel of hotel was more traditional which was what we were looking for. Being outside the Old City the price was excellent and only a couple short blocks from one of the Old City gates. Safe. Would recommend and stay again.

The staff were very welcoming and the hotel is a very nice 3 star hotel close to a four star. We had a corner room on the road and it was very noisy but my guess is most hotels in Chiang Mai are noisy because there are 1000’s of mopeds and motorcycles zipping around. We stayed a week and really enjoyed our time at the White Boutique.

Solo traveller. Felt safe walking the streets, it was a 15-20min walk to all markets and temples in the city! The staff was very gracious and accommodating! They have laundry service, spa and dining on site for those days that you just want to stay in and relax after days of adventures! I would go back!

On the internet the pictures look amazing but when you get to the hotel everything is different…..but this is almost everywhere in Thailand….this is not a 4 star hotel …it is maximum 3 star European standard Everyone try to advertise the best pictures but tourists when they get to the hotel is so different … The staff was amazing and polite, nothing to complain….Chiang mai is amazing city and we feel excellent

A great place and even better people working there. The spa is great. Only 2 or 3 minute walk from the Old Town SW corner and 5 minute walk to the canal with night shops. True local food near the canal or the more tourist locations near Old Town. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely hotel situated in easy walking distance of the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very big and clean. The buffet breakfast was good and it was lovely to sit outside in the mornings.

Our second visit to this lovely hotel close to the moat. Good swimming pool. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. One observation, the sunbeds need cushions. However, will stay again on our next visit to Chiang Mai.

Really nice clean hotel in a good location

The first thing to say about this hotel is the lovely staff, they even helped us to check in early we arrived hours before check in after our night on the sleeper train with no sleep! The rooms have been styled really nice and the beds are so comfy. It’s also really clean. The only downside is the pool is a lot smaller than the images and the breakfast isn’t amazing but it does the job! Just having some more fresh fruit would be a great addition. Would still rate this stay 5 stars though for value for money and lovely staff.
