"From an American…,if you don’t speak Spanish this is not for you. Staff laughed at my son who wanted to do the zipline because he couldn’t understand them and for adults to make fun of a child is the reason they got a low rating. Property is huge and great for kids. Lemurs, tiger, petting zoo, ziplining, bike riding, archery, etc it will keep you busy! Lastly, if you’re a person of color you’ll experience some racism from locals and staff in Amecameca. Stay in tourists areas if you don’t want to...

"Located in a quiet corner of town, this hotel offers secure gated parking just half a block away. While the bathroom sink has only cold water, the shower provides hot water with excellent pressure. Great coffee and sweet bread is available from 8:30–10:30am. Despite cold, 50°F nights making the bed chilly initially, the bedding is very comfortable once warmed up. From our room on the second floor you get a wake up call from the crowing roosters."
