From the receptionist to the housekeeping, bellman This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in !!! The breakfast breath taking. Just to say this, it felt like home I felt sad when I left, but Riu will see me again very soon!!

Eurostars Magnificent Mile
Great location, kind staff, clean room. Shower head was a little odd but they have a hand held mode as well which worked better. Would visit again!
