I have stayed here many times and always loved it. But I had a rude waiter at a Sunday brunch - we had to wait a long time for any service, then the wait staff kept bringing the wrong items and were slow to respond to requests for the correct items and were generally unpleasant.

very old and grand hotel. felt like i was in the titanic but a hotel. Was very eerie and felt haunted. if you are in to ghost wonderful place to stay. the stairs alone are just breath taking.
