“아주 만족합니다. 특히 루프탑에 있는 로텐브로가 아주 멋있고, 날씨가 좋으면 후지산 정상이 보입니다. 또 로텐브로 입구에 야구르트나 아이스크림을 무료로 서비스 해주고, 아침 식사도 규모에 비해 좋은 편입니다. 저녁 9시 부터 주는 반그릇 무료라면도 맛있습니다.”

“Pros: • The villa is very clean and spacious. The view from the windows is beautiful — you can even see the snowy mountains. • The staff is kind and helpful. Cons: • A smartphone is provided for communication with the staff, but we didn’t receive a response when we sent a question at night. • The latest check-in time is 10:00 PM, which is not very traveler-friendly. That said, the staff did agree to wait for us when we called to ask about checking in at 10:30 PM.”

“The location is somewhat remote but there are 2 convenience stores right close to the road, even walkable. The entrance of the hotel is somehow quite narrow but even novice driver would be able to pass it. The kind and old lady helped the check-in and it was easy. I booked 2 rooms for myself and my parents and they are quite different in terms of design.
