"Easy parking. Close to restaurants. New hotel with terrific breakfast and nice hot tub. The swimming pool was a bit chilly for swimming though. Very nice rooms with big showers"
"The property is becoming very worn. Still a pleasant stay but very overdue for some updates. Staff were very nice and bed was comfy (though too soft). Air conditioner, blinds and towel rack were all broken."
"Very welcoming check in. The place is charming with a central park-like setting and all the amenities from swimming to BBQ. It is a good place for more than one night if you want a break!"
"Nice stay! A bit of noise from the road but gorgeous mountain and river views. Suggest asking for a 2nd floor room as that’s ground level and avoids stairs. Great staff’"
"Booked at last minute as I was getting too tired to drive anymore, and apparently got the last room. I was so pleasantly surprised! I appreciate that the owners of this property have embraced it's history and decorated with period furniture pcs., however have tastefully upgraded the bathrooms which are very new and clean, and the bed was super comfortable with nice linens and pillows. A little bar fridge which stocked bottled water which I appreciated, a nice pull down blackout shade on the window and an in-room coffee/tea station. I never heard noise at all throughout the night considering it was a full house, must have very good wall insulation between rooms.
The other best part was the price!!"
