“We had a problem our first night with the shower. The staff were so friendly, helpful and apologetic. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t have the same or similar room available to move to that would have enough space for all of us…so they put aside a room just two doors down for us to use for showers. “모든것에 만족했습니다. 저는 차를 갖고 갔었지만 기차역에서도 가까워서 충분히 걸어올 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 관광지까지는 조금 거리가 있지만 충분히 걸어갈만한 거리입니다. 조식으로 나온 냉동 크로와상은 아침에 오븐에 잘 구워서 맛있게 먹었습니다. 솔즈베리에 온다면 꼭한번 묵고가길 추천합니다.”

“property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

“Stayed for a few days whilst helping child move from one uni accom to another. Hottest weekend of the year and really happy that apartment (superior 2 bed) had climate control. Made for a really welcome respite from heat of the day. Very well equipped kitchen. Towels provided of a very decent size. Beds on the soft side for our taste. Would say bring an eye mask as bedroom blinds are not blackout! Some hooks on back of shower room doors would be handy. Exceptionally clean! Would stay again.”

“No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person.”

“The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.”
