"We are usually premier inn customers but this time the Hilton was cheaper to stay. We were seeing Eric Clapton at Liverpool and we are local but decided to make a weekend of it. Hotel was lovely but just felt everything was a bit stingee. Cups In room were tiny and one milk each, one tea bag each. Chairs in room weren’t comfy and no fridge. Not enough staff on.
