"Not enough receptionists leading to long waits. Room has no outlet next to the bed, holes in the bathroom wall, a cracked window pane, and a really odd mix of decor. But it was clean a fit for purpose if you’re only staying the night and want to experience an old famous building. The common areas are fantastic."

Alan especially was a star and also his collegue (a young lady sorry I didn't spot your name but you knew who you are). She had her eye on helping us all the time. "Lovely welcome at reception. Family cabin room was very spacious. Food in restaurant was great, lovely staff. Bar with pool table and great range of cocktails etc Happy hour 2 for 1 great value. Less than 5 minutes walk from Lime Street Station. Parking available too. Excellent would stay again."
