“Just okay nothing else front desk staff need more pay attention that's all”

“Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level.”

“Excellent location in Makassar.”

“good time and good place . but a lot of people in hotel.”

“The stove in the kitchen didn't work, and the toilets had a strong smell coming from them constantly that wouldn't go away no matter how many times you flushed or cleaned it. You would think they would properly clean the place and make sure everything is working before letting someone else stay there. ”

“No Fridge in the room. Very poor sound proofed room. Only give 2 bath towel, no wash cloth nor hand towel. Hard to communicate in English with reception/employees. Friendly employees.”
