"Loved the location of the resort and I loved my view. Rooms are big and the property has enough pool for everyone. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and I did dine in and use the grill area both were a great experience for me. My suitcase never made it to my trip but I made the best of it and I had a wonderful time. I did walk and ride around the area and these is one the best hotels to stay in. Thank you for everything and much success"

"We travelled as a group of four and stayed for one night. The room itself was fine, but unfortunately, the bathroom in Room 211 had a very unpleasant smell, almost like urine, that wouldn't go away. We tried leaving the exhaust fan on for almost an hour and flushing water down the shower drain, but nothing seemed to help. The smell was so unbearable that I ended up using my sister's bathroom in another room just to take a shower. On a positive note, we appreciated the complimentary airport...

"The whole place is beautiful. The sunset at the serena pier was outstanding. Had a few drinks with our friends and laid on the bean bags for a few hours til the sun set. We did try all 3 restaurants and the food is amazing. The staff of the hotel and restaurant are very friendly and accommodating as always.
