"This cottage is a real gem set in the countryside of Bledlow. The owner has the house next door and was super friendly and helpful in helping us find a taxi (no Ubers here!). The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "This was our second stay, and we enjoy coming to this hotel because it’s close, convenient and generally a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are fresh and clean, the staff are okay, and the buffet breakfast has a good selection. Unfortunately, our second visit was disappointing because the TV remote wasn’t working. A member of staff came to change the batteries, but what should have been a simple issue turned into a lengthy process of trying to get the TV working. It took far too long and disrupted what should have been a relaxing stay. The aim of any hotel stay should be to make things as seamless and comfortable as possible for guests, and unfortunately, on this occasion that wasn’t the case. Would I stay here again? **Maybe.** The location and cleanliness are definite positives, but I would hope for a smoother experience next time."
