The room was dated but clean and quiet and the hotel provided everything we needed for a one night stopover breaking a very long car journey. Breakfast was good.

On the photos the hotel with its swimming pool looked good to me but the pool was half empty and closed moreover I found my room not very clean especially the bathroom.

Old town, goes back 1000 yrs. Appears down on its luck now, many properties vacant and for sale, business and residences. Mediocre restaurants, never found a good one in 4 days. Good hub for biking, driving to other chateaux and the Abbey.
