We had an amazing time at Hotel Best Costa Ballena! The food was excellent – varied, fresh, and always delicious. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and very well maintained; you can tell that cleanliness and comfort are top priorities here. The pool area is fantastic – spacious, inviting, and perfect for families or simply relaxing. We also loved the proximity to the ocean: just a short walk and you’re at a beautiful, wide sandy beach with crystal-clear water. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel completely at home. We’ll definitely come back – highly recommended!

Fantastic Holiday

The hotel has everything you could wish for for a family holiday lots of swimming pools fantastic food and an amazing kids club. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely go back there again.

This hotel is AMAZING! We have been here 3 times already and we love it! It is so clean and family-friendly, the food is amazing, etc. We loved that spa, service, and accessibility to the beach. There is nothing that we can name that we did not like.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, the facilities were great for kids. The food quality could be better, especially with the variety towards vegeterians and pesceterians, as there were a lot of ham and other red meat with very litte choice of seafood

This is our 4th time staying at this hotel, and we absolutely love coming back! The cleanliness is always top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—truly excellent customer service. The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of delicious options, and vegetarians will have no trouble finding something satisfying. The location is great if you have a car—just 10 to 25 minutes to Chipiona, Rota, Jerez de la Frontera, and Cádiz. It’s also about a 1 hour and 45 minute drive to Seville, which makes for a nice day trip. The beds are incredibly comfortable (some of the best we've ever slept in!), and overall, the hotel continues to exceed our expectations. We can't wait to return again!

Another great little break at Costa Ballena. Despite the long queues at check in, the staff worked through the lines promptly. Food at the buffet was ok, has been better in the past, same with the pool restaurant. There was plenty of entertainment for the kids during the day and in the evening which was appreciated. Grounds and pool were clean at all times. Don't understand why small inflatables are not allowed in the main pool. I understand big ones, but small rubber rings should be considered in my opinion. Thank you for a nice few days (think its our fourth visit), will come again soon!

Property is family friendly, staff very helpful. Common spaces Very spacious and clean. Childrens pool and play area is perfect for kids, beach is easily accessible and location feels isolated from outside distractions. Rooms and clean, beds a little more firm than Im ised to but well presented when you enter to find the robes on the bed.

The hotel pools are amazing, clean and with plenty of sun beds. My only comments would be that the kids food options need improving. The bolgnaise sauce was watery with hardly any meat and the lasagne was not fresh but the frozen type. Maybe some mashed potatoes, chicken fingers, homemade lasagne and Mac and Cheese would be great to have. Also the room shower has no raised platform so when you shower even with little water pressure the water will leak out making a huge mess. That is not ideal when you have small kids which is a shame when the bathroom is big enough to fit a bathtub.

If you like lots and lots of screaming kids crying everywhere, this is the hotel for you. There is no peace. The room and the place is nice but the amount of people and quality of those people is very hard to bear. Awful music blasting at the pool. I was not happy here.

Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Das Hotel ist groß und -teilweise- modern. Der Speisesaal ist leider super laut und unbequem. Wir haben eine Getränkeflat gebucht, aber das Personal ist beim Abendessen so überlastet, dass man kaum dazu kommt, ein Getränk zu bestellen. Die Auswahl ist gut, es gibt ein paar nicht ausgeschilderte, vegane Sachen. Der Pool ist groß, es gibt einen eigenen Kinder Pool Bereich mit Liegen für Erwachsene. Das Hotel ist fast direkt am Strand, man muss nur wenige Meter laufen. Der Strand ist groß und mäßig gefüllt gewesen. Je nach Wasserstand gibt es aber große Steine. Es gibt außerhalb einen schönen Spielplatz. Ich würde dieses Hotel nur buchen, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Parkplätze waren außerhalb der Saison mäßig verfügbar.

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Comida exquisita, animaciones estupendas, servicio muy bueno e instalaciones muy limpias. La playa tiene acceso directo desde el hotel. En resumen: para repetir.
