“Mark and Mona were amazing hosts. Both so welcoming and chatty. The breakfast had a varied range and was absolutely delicious. The cleanliness was exemplar, absolutely stunning honeymoon room, bathroom with underfloor heating was so lovely with fluffy towels. Would love to come stay again! ”

“Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. ”

“This guest house was superbly clean, comfortable and warm. Travelled with two other adults and had a spacious room which could easily have taken 4. We were welcomed by Lucy who instantly made us feel at home in Green Haven and the local area. Short distance from the town centre and theatre. Although on a main road was surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend it. Will definitely return. ”

“We loved Bluebell farm and the hosts.Lovely Breakfast friendly hosts The only thing we didn't like was the height of the shower head that we had available from the family rooms The shower head was too low for us to stand under so we had to bend over to try and take a shower which was too uncomfortable for me so didn't bother If this was replaced it would be better to have an adjustable one that was higher.”

The property was located just 5 minutes from Warwick town centre, it was clean & had a lovely atmosphere.”
