The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Suggesting a Romanian restaurant for dinner. An excellent suggestion. Room was good, clean. Everything was fine. I had prearranged an airport shuttle pickup and he was already waiting for me. No complaints

No restaurant, no bar, non-working air conditioning (no remote), nothing in the mini-bar, a lift the size of a matchbox (couldn't get in with suitcases)... how this hotel can be rated 10/10 is a mystery to me. One of our party uses a wheelchair and, although there is a ramp, the adjacent car parking space is so close, we couldn't use it and had to bump up the steps instead. The staff were OK-ish, though not what I would call particularly warm or friendly, but helpful enough to provide directions to a local ATM, supermarket and restaurant. I was also asked how I was going to pay, despite having paid in full. The room was what I would describe as "adequate", in that it was clean and contained the beds we expected but there were no tea/coffee making facilities provided. All in all, we were not impressed.

Não indico e não voltaria de jeito nenhum. Localização péssima, café da manhã horrível, com pouquíssimas opções e os frios viraram 4 dias sem renovação, a Televisão não pegava em nenhuma fonte (source) e quando olhei atrás, descobri que não existe nenhum cabo entrando na TV, o isolamento acústico dos quartos não existe, o cofre só funciona se você reter as chaves, mas as recepcionistas não permitiram e o pior de tudo foi o pessoal da recepção, todos foram péssimos, sem vontade para ajudar os hóspedes e mal levantavam a cabeça para cumprimentar. A única coisa boa desse hotel era a cama, do restante, não salva nada. Eu dificilmente reclamo de um hotel, mas nesse caso, não tem como não criticar.
