"This was one of the most beautiful castles we stayed in! We got great aesthetic pleasure! The room was two flights of stairs with no elevator. The hallway was not clean, with cleaning carts and supplies stacked in the hallway. No coffee or shower soaps. At 11:10 and 1120 we got impatient phone calls from reception. Even though there was no cleaning staff on the floor. we checked out at 11:25 and again we’re lectured by the receptionist.
