"4인가족이라 성인1 자녀1 로 구성해서 2개의 방으로 예약했습니다. 체크인전에 붙어있는방으로 부탁드렸고 다행히도 나란히 옆에 있는 방으로 숙박했네요. 특별히 부족한 부분은 없었고 가격대비 만족스러웠습니다. 한식으로 구성된 조식도 꽤 훌륭합니다."

"This hotel is very affordable. All the staff are very kind, and breakfast is included for free. Although the hotel is a bit old and the cleanliness and furniture are somewhat worn and not very clean, it's close to Sung Sim Dang and the transportation is quite convenient, which was nice. "

"I checked in at 1am and the bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Couldn’t find the remote for AC as well. It’s supposed to have 24 hour front desk but there was no one after we checked in and we called the phone number and no one answered. We couldn’t use the AC so opened the window and slept. The pillow cover was dirty so we covered it with towels and slept. In the morning, we talked to the front desk and he apologized and he said he will inform the cleaning team. I booked 4 nights but after 1 night I checked out so I asked him for refund for rest of the trip. He said he will talk to Hotels.com and follow the guidelines. I talked to hotels.com and they said they had hard time talking to them but eventually they refused the refund for three nights that I did not stay. I visited Korea for my dad’s funeral and my mom’s place has only one bathroom so that’s why I booked the hotel but it ruined my whole trip. I only stayed only one night and got charged for almost $400 "
