Room looked clean and tidy when entering the room but after looking around it did need a bit of a deep clean. Skirting boards and bathroom fan especially. Room had everything we needed but was nosy at times with road noise and planes. Staff were amazing and helpful. This is a great location to stay with being in the middle of everything. I would stay again

Very good place, 5min walk to mall ,good shower and clean and tidy Very quiet Double glazed and very warm can't beat it.owners very good as we we're running late they waited for us aa .price was not bad lower than some and cheaper than the camping ground for a unit,we will be back for sure.thanks you guys.

Close to Riccarton Westfield

The unit was lovely, tidy, clean and nice decor. A few small areas in entryway that could do with a paint touch up. Outside is superficially tidy but closer to shows a few areas around the bottom of the units and the stairs could do with more than a lick of paint. These details are not negative comments just would enhance the area. Staff very helpful when required. A carving or cooking knife would be a good addition to the cutlery. Kitchenette very tidy and well presented. Very comfortable stay. Very handy to Westfield shops, restaurants, buses, movies and sightseeing.

Great location and friendly staff. Pictures online looked great, however, our room was filthy and smelt weird. The sheets were clean thank goodness. Walls and windows were so very grubby with marks and sticky fingerprints, and skirting boards had a layer of dust and dirt. Corners of rooms had dust and hair. Drain in bathroom absolutely reeked so we covered with towels- looked like it was full of hair, grime and what looked like toilet paper. Seals around bath/shower were mouldy as was around the plug in sink. Dusty furniture. Lots of light coming in through the night so no good of you are sensitive to light when sleeping. Beds were hard as rocks- husband now had a sore back and my hips ache (we are in our 20’s). Unfortunately we will not be returning here in the future.

Great location, great service.

As always, staying at Motel 123 is a pleasant experience. We arrived after midnight and our room was ready for us as arranged with reception. Our room was spacious and well equipped. We will stay again.
