Enjoyed my trip an stay everything was great found the heater to be slow to heat room but staff were lovely an upgraded us to wheelchair room when partners surgery was canceled

The room had a really good shower, comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly, house keeping everyday. Only things i can fault are, the room we were in was right by the road and all you could hear was the traffic 24/7 because its a main road & when we arrived at 530pm all windows were still open, room was really cold.

I booked late so checked in late I had paid at the time of booking but the room I had booked was double booked and I really just wanted to use the spa so was sent to another motel they manage I think so I could have a spa room there check in was extremely fast and easy despite this small issue which they were more than happy to fix and accommodate my needs and I got a bigger room they were friendly and helpful would definitely book again :) thanks 👍

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. The shower unit could have been bigger, but that’s me personally, the only bad item was the heater was loose and coming away from the wall

Room in good condition, clean and staff were friendly. Could do with a new sofa/pull out bed. There was only 2 of us, and didnt require a pullout bed, and was uncomfortable to sit on during the day/evening. Otherwise was sufficient for the length of time we were there (9days) close to the city
