I got the attention of someone in the kitchen who alerted the manager. We were given our room key and on arrival in the room I noticed that there was quite a bit of hair in the sink and some in the bathtub as well. “To be honest, I wasn't expecting a huge amount as I know this is usually a student hall of residence. It was perfect for what we were looking for to be honest as we were there for our daughter's graduation. I think my biggest disappointment was that the communal areas seemed to be air conditioned (or at least were very cool) yet entering the room was like entering an oven.. so we had to leave the window open overnight which unfortunately meant we were woken really early by the building works...
