โOur recent staycation was largely wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the service was superb. However, the property's safety needs improvement, particularly during the rainy season. The stairs are dangerously slippery; I unfortunately fell on the stairs while carrying my toddler, resulting in a seven-step tumble. I strongly recommend installing rubber guards on the stairs to prevent similar accidents.โ
โI have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.โ
โIt just felt like a wonderful home filled with love and nature. The staff was amazing. Always greeting us. They treated my son so well. This is a place that just gets it. They understand everything a person would need. Fast internet, jacuzzi outside of the room, big TV, huge room with a high ceiling, amazing food, sauna, huge pool, a kiddie pool, open playing space grassy area, huge bathroom. No issues with late check out. I will keep coming back.โ

Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer(Suite) sehr gerรคumig mit kleiner Kรผche, groรem Bad, einer Couchecke und in meinem Fall mit einer groรen Terrasse, auf der ich auch eine Abschiedsparty mit Verwandten und Freunden abhalten konnte. Das Personal hat dies auch mit Bereitstellung von Besteck und Geschirr/Glรคsern unterstรผtzt. Das Internet ist zeitweise nicht sehr schnell, insbesondere am Nachmittag und frรผhen Abend, ist aber...
