The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...
"Nice place. We stay here whenever in town to see family. Very nice pool and restaurant. It could use some routine maintenance and basic refurbishment, but overall a good place and good value. "

"When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM."
"The rooms was on the 3rd floor and no elevators. We are seniors.Also in the second room occupied by my son & his wife - they found 2 bed bugs . Quite disappointed but we stayed as we only had a few hours to wait before the next leg of our trip."
"The staff were friendly. There is nowhere to eat either onsite or in the immediate vicinity. The room did not have a small refrigerator although there is room for one. Similarly, there is room for a small microwave oven but there is none."
