"I was upgraded from a one bedroom flat to a two bedroom one and it was lovely to have the extra space and a balcony. There are quite a few flats in the complex and many are upstairs with no lifts. If you have a lot of luggage or struggle with stairs it might be worth mentioning this when you book as the descriptions of the units are not clear how many stairs are involved. The kitchen was well provided with utensils for cooking but only one dishwasher tablet and a tiny bottle of washing up liquid and no salt, pepper, oil or vinegar so if you plan on cooking bring everything with you. The neighbourhood was quiet and an easy walk to the station on town centre."

The hotel is well located to walk the Centro Storico of Treviso and very close to the train station for our day trip to Venice which was only 4 euros and a 45 minute ride. "Overall I was happy with this booking and would recommend. The location is about as close to Treviso's historic center as you can get. While this is perfect for walking and touring, it also means if you have a vehicle there are very limited parking options. I used an expensive short term option 2 minutes away for loading/unloading, and a more practical 24/7 garage option about 10 minutes away for most of my stay. Advance communication, instructions for remote/electronic check in were very good, though my access code was changed the day of my arrival and I hadn't noticed that update. There was an employee on site at the time, very helpful, quickly resolved. Room cleanliness and furnishings were great, bed was comfortable, and the AC was much appreciated during hot afternoons. The only quirk I'd point out on furnishings is that I also intended to do some work on the trip, and the room did not include any desk or chairs. I wound up sitting on end of bed and using a table/shelf unit as a desk. These aren't complaints, just pointing out slight quirks, and again I was quite happy with my stay and highly recommend it."
