Excellent location!
I was having some troubles when I was traveling but the hotel manager answered all my questions and helped me a lot.
I even forgot my keys in my room and I didnt know how to get in to the guest house but the hotel clerks helped me at middle of the very late night.
When I checked in, the lady at the front recommended some good restaurants and they were all 5 star quality restaurants.

โPerfect location for both train and ferry. A quick walk to the historical centre. The room was spotless with coffee/tea. Nice bathroom. Spotless. Breakfast was a croissant and coffee but at a cafe about 5 minute walk awayโฆ we grabbed ours en route to the boat each morning. โ
โGreat location, great comfort in the rooms, especially beds and pillows. The breakfast service and cleaning was excellent and person in charge muy amable! โ
โWe loved this property, but the check-in was enormously complex and time-consuming. The instructions emailed to us were only in Italian and involved getting through four doors. Our Italian is only rudimentary so we had to do a bit of guesswork. Also be aware your access hinges on having high-speed data plan on your phone, and our coverage was spotty at best. But Marco was helpful when contacted by text. Ultimately instructions in English would have solved most problems. The room was great,...
โOn est un peu surpris ร l'arrivee dans le quartier. Mais la chambre est extremement propre, confortable, et dรฉcorรฉe avec goรปt. Juste un petit bรฉmol pour l'รฉtroitesse de la douche.

โI thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very authentic with all the old world charm. It is in the heart of the village. The balcony was perfect for morning's and evening's to people watch and enjoy the chatter from the street. The kitchen is very light on supplies and dishes were dirty so i washed them before using. Otherwise, it's a 5 star.โ
