"Nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. The only downside is the location — the surrounding neighborhood didn’t feel very safe to walk around at night, so we relied on taxis in the evenings. Overall, a good stay if you plan your transportation ahead."

"The location is good and walkable to the old town and Guggenheim. Our room was in the -1 level. The room was a good size, but the floor was very dirty with sticky spots. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The view out of the room was horrible; the basement of a courtyard with thousands of cigarette butts. We kept the curtain closed the whole time. "

"I had a good stay, rooms were clean and location is excellent. The kitchen is very minimal but gets a simple job done, fyi not able to cook until after their breakfast. The lobby is nice, it was a bit chilly and a few blankets might make the space a bit more cozy! Not all my dorm mates were respectful but I understand that is out of the hostels control. "

"Amazing location, next to metro and tram stops with beautiful views and being part of the old town is such a plus."

"Awesome breakfast and a great location. We had an interior room - which was set up nicely. The exterior rooms had amazing views of the Guggenheim. Bilbao is pretty walkable. We could get to main shopping street in 10 mins an to old town in 20. "

"Great staff, great room for a family and a great location. Well sound proofed room with comfortable beds love the little extras in the room as well. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Minor things, personally like a balcony or an easy way for fresh air would be nice Gym wasn’t great and nothing for kids. Could benefit from doing some kind of evening food but all very minor and a couple of free bottled waters in the room would be fab. "
